Once a month:
Neighbourhood Officers or Estate Wardens visit homes in their patch with communal areas every month. They:
Check internal areas are clear
Report any repairs or broken internal lights
Check fire alarm panels and will shortly sound them regularly
Inspect external communal areas to ensure they’re tidy. This includes checking grounds maintenance is being done and that there aren’t any untaxed vehicles. If bin areas aren’t tidy, they’ll arrange clearance and add the cost to your service charge, unless we can identify who was responsible
Please report any repairs that are needed anyway, so they don’t go unnoticed until our next visit. Call Radian Direct on 0300 123 1 567.
We are targeting areas where we keep finding dumped items, checking them regularly.
