Motorised Scooters

You don’t need written permission to keep a motorised scooter or buggy, but you do need to be aware of safe access and fire safety.

We recommend you buy a scooter with a gel-type battery. Please discuss storage with your Scheme Manager. This also applies to any visitors using a scooter or buggy.

Please restrict your speed to walking space in the communal areas. If you cause any damage, Radian may charge you. If you injure someone or damage their property, they may make a claim against you. So we recommend you insure your vehicle - a legal requirement.
