A survey of sheltered residents took place in 2010. All 1,159 sheltered residents were sent a postal survey to complete and 61% returned the questionnaire. The graph below shows the satisfaction of sheltered residents, by area, with the key services provided.
The results are very good with the overall sheltered resident scores higher on almost every question than the scores for all Radian residents.
However, we are never complacent and the staff team will be working with local continuous improvement/review groups (which include residents) to consider the results in more detail and identify actions to improve satisfaction.
More news on the results and outcomes will be published in future editions. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond.
