Looking for young people with ideas
At Radian we believe the future is You! If you are between the ages of 11-18 years and have ideas about how your local neighbourhood could be improved for young people, we would love to hear from you.
We are planning to set up a local Youth Forum that will give you the chance to share your ideas and concerns for your area.
You will decide where and when we meet and we will sort out transport to get you there and back again.
The Forum will be open to all sorts of ideas- you may want to set up your own cinema club, introduce street dance lessons or have an input into the design of new houses in your area-whatever the topic, we are listening!
Your views are important to us so please give some thought to joining. We feel sure there are some wonderful ideas out there just waiting to be put into practice!

Radian aims to be a place where people flourish and while this is obviously aimed at our residents, it is also something that we want to make true for staff.
Last year members of staff from our Thames office in Windsor said how unhappy they were with having to work in such a grotty building, which was badly worn and stained.
So over recent months, the building known as Parkside House, on Sheet Street, was given a lick of paint and a new lease of life.
Diana Maclean, Head of Region says: “It is a fact that if people are happy in their working environment, they are more likely to be happy in their work. We hope that a happier workforce will have a direct impact on the services we provide to residents in Thames.”
